There's nothing negative I can say about this place. We eat here at least once a week sometimes more. Food quality is the best, always clean, service is amazing, beers always cold and friendly faces everywhere. I do suggest carry Kraken rum for the bar. Drinking Captain is like diet rum. Much love to this place. I'd give 10 if was allowed! Allan and Shelly have an amazing establishment and always grateful to the customers. They've won us all over!
This is a treat to us living in Butchertown! You cannot beat the freshness of the food, personality and prompt services of all the staff, or the quality of cocktail you get at the bar. If you're a bloody Mary connoisseur, like myself, be sure to get one here. The owner makes the mix fresh in the kitchen, and it is quite frankly the best I've ever had. I love this place.
A Story as Good as Our Pizza

It all started with a simple idea: a chef-driven restaurant with high quality products that everybody could afford. The neighborhood’s revitalization and opportunity for possibility made Butchertown the obvious place for a fast-casual joint that served really, really good pizza.
Creators and Butchertown residents Allan and Shelly Rosenberg have always had a love for pizza, and after years of making waves in the high-end dining scene, it was time to put their knowledge into making people’s wildest pizza dreams come true. Butchertown Pizza Hall was born, and the insanely good pizza recipe was developed after tasting and trying multiple flours, many cheeses, and literally 40 different types of tomatoes. And because the pizza had to be awesome, it was originally made in home kitchens and tested by really honest kids.
BPH is here to stick around and give people ridiculously awesome pizza. That starts by creating an awesome environment for our team members and our customers alike. If you’re a lover of Louisville and a lover of pizza, we’ve got an open seat for you. Come on in.

Starting November 10, Butchertown Pizza Company is putting on a jacket and tie. We’re introducing Butchertown Upstairs, an upscale extension of the same ridiculously good pizza you know and love.
Grab a bite to eat from our small plate menu, or grab a cocktail and hang out in the lounge. And don’t forget to bring a friend. Nights out – and pizza – are obviously better when shared.
